Ok I Have Two Questions!
1.What Do I Do To Light Of The Cave In Ever Grand City To Get Two The Pokemon League?

2.What Am I Supposed To Do In The Sealed Chamber?

You use Flash to light up the cave

You need to go to the back center of the room and use Dig. Then go inside and have a Relicanth and a Wailord. Relicanth-First spot, Wailord-Last spot. I can't remember what the last thing to do is, but I hope this helps.

The sealed chamber is to get the Regis and you use FLASH.

1. Victory Road? You do nothing but make it through the cave so you can verse the Elite Four.
2. You are suppose to unlock the secert of the Regi's.
