Question for Pokemon Ruby

Is it possible to get more than one fire stone. I already got ninetails and am trying to get arcanine. And were can you catch a growlith, if you can catch a growlith.

You can (A) trade with a friend or (B) find some shards.

The red shards are attached to some wild corsola, you can't get growlithe on rhis game, you got to trade from FR/LF
