No. Just surf there from pacifidlog town, it takes like 30 seconds you don't have to have a cheat for absolutely everything now do you? Put a little effort in.

You must mean the magic doors code but I don't know if there is a magic doors code for Pokemon Ruby.

You can't get to Sky Tower in Pokemon Ruby.

No, but pok�mon such as Abra know warp, but it wouldn't get you there. Sorry.
