Question for Pokemon Ruby

I've been to route 115 and caught a female jigglypuff but I can't find a male one so I can make a igglybuff so what do I have to do or where is a male jigglypuff?

If you have Fire Red or Emerald then you can use Ditto rather than another Jigglypuff.

Just get a Ditto or other Pok�mon in Jigglypuff's egg group. Since Jigglypuff is female, all babies it will produce will be Igglybuffs.

You don't need a male jigglypuff you just have to go in a battle with twins put your jigglypuff and a boy pok'emon that knows attract have the male pok'emon use attract on the girl pok'emon and then after the battle put them both in the daycare together and then go any where you wan't and after a wile come back and if the man is standing outside the daycare have one space in your party open go and talk to him and hewill give you an egg hatch the egg and you have a igglybuff.

Its in the same spot, males are just harder to seek out, patients is all the game asks, you could also try mating the pok�mon with a Ditto.
