Question for Pokemon Ruby

So basicaly Ive got wailord (sos about the bad spelling) but I can't find the other Pokemon you need to have to get the regis I think hes called relicanth or some thing like that!

Underwater on Routes 124 and 126.

Yes I think it's spelt wrong but I can still read it so to get the other Pokemon you need to keep looking under water but I can't remember where it is so sorry that I don't know where but under water.

You can catch him underwater in Route 124, 126, 127, 128 but you only have a 5% chance of running into him so be patient

1.Fly to Sootopolis City.
2.Dive underwater where the dark spot is.
3.Look around in the grass to the right.
4.If you look long enough, Relicanth will appear.

It is in the ocean floor, remember it is extremely rare and it could take like one hour to find it but keep on looking.

He is super rare.It took me almost a year to catch him.You can find him in the seaweed underwater.

You need the HM08-Dive.and look 4 him underwater like I did. I found and caught my first 1 seen.?

It only took 10 minutes for me but if you use the white flute it increases you're chances
