You use those to get regice, registeel, and regirock by completing the puzzels.

Yea, it's a fun cave, it's the entire alphabit for braille and you use it to de-code the braille in the 3 caves where the Regis are kept. De-coding the braille tells you how to get into the lair of the held Regi. Jeezus, I don't remember too well, but one tells you to fly when you step back like 3 places, one says dig, and one tells you to just wait one minute or so, lol. Mmhmm, have fun getting thems.

Once you unlock the rocks, we will say. You open the doors to capture the 3 regis. Regirock, Registeel and Regice.
