Try to get a larger variety of the Pokemon you use coz you have two dragon types nd two steel types, tho that aint too bad as you're lvls are high how long is you're gametime

I'm just going to give you good movesets for each monster.
Flygon: Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Rock Slide, Crunch/ Fire Blast.
Sala should have one of the following: Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Aerial Ace, Rock Slide/ Return/ Rest @ Chest Berry or Dragon Claw, Flamethrower, Crunch, Ice Beam/ Thunderbolt.
Aggy: Rock Slide, Iron Tail, Return/ Brick Break, Earthquake.
Gyara should have one of the following: Dragon Dance, Return, Earthquake, Rest + Chesto Berry or Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Surf, Flamethrower/ Fire Blast.
Blaziken: Sky Uppercut, Flamethrower, Earthquake, Rock Slide/ return.
Metagross: The only thing you need to do different is Rock slide. I don't know if there is a move tutor on Ruby for it, an' if not go Return instead.

You have exelant team but they only know attack moves I suggest you teach them some defense move like (flash,tunder wave,ect)apart from that 9/10 for the team
