How do you get Mew on ruby,id really like him on my team and how good are jirachi,deoxys and rayquaza,if anybody knows

Cheat device for all except Rayquaza.

For Ray, go to the sky pillar which is to the right of Paciflidog town, after you have completed the Pokemon league, and go to the top.

Mew- only catchable in red, blue, and yellow through a glitch in the game, otherwise, only through action replay or gameshark, jiarchi isnt too good, deoxys in ruby has high attack and sp attack, rayquaza is one of the best stats wise
