1.How do you beat the Elite four with just Goudon and what attacks do I need to do?

2. Where can you find Heracross and pichu?

1) Get groudon to lv. 100 and teach it solar beam dragon claw erupeion and fissure. ( Or earth quake)

2) Heracross is in the safari zone. Mate two pikachu's to get a pichu egg.

1) Groudon should be at about level 85 and know...

overheat,
fire blast,
earthquake,
solar beam

2) You can find heracross in the safari zone. To get a pichu breed a male pikachu with a female pikachu

Well I have a Groudon and I have beaten the Elite four over 50 times with it alone its moves are :earthquake, eruption, solarbeam, abd flamethrower.

You get hearacross from the safari zone and Pichu from breeding two Pikachu.

Another combination of moves groudon can use to beat the Elite four are earthquake, flamethrower, slash or dragon claw, and thunderbolt. Heracross can be found in the safari zone and pichu is the baby pokemon you get from breeding two pikachus.
