Question for Pokemon Ruby
Hello!
Could someone help please!!!
I am at the elite 4 and the furthest I've got is wally's last Pokemon and well....i was destroyed!?
But....... My question is:
I have a swampert whose moves are powerful but only have somthing like 10 pp
Each so I was wondering-how can I get more pp without the hastle of wasting money.....i know I can do duplicating cheat on gold/silver versions but can I trade with gold/silver??????????????????

Well your going to have to waste your money dude,and no you can't trade with gold and silver.

Go to the puzzle mans house (close to slate port) and beat his puzzles and one day you will get an item that will increase a move to it's fullest! 
just keep beating his puzzles.

The simple fact is, moves like that suck. Which is why moves like flamethrower, thunderbolt are much better than fire blast, hydro pump...

No you can not trade with gold/silver in ruby but after you beat the elite 4 you can trade with Fire Red And LeafGreen

I believe his last Pokemon is Metagross. His only weakness is fire.
The only way you can bring up moves is if you find PP Up, which is a rare item. You can only trade Pokemon that are in Silver, like, you can trade a Zubat for a Typhlosion. But you can't trade a Swampert, it's not in Silver.

No.You can't trade using a Gameboy Pokemon game.Its inpossible to trade with Gameboy Advance game and a Gameboy game.Sorry.
