Question for Pokemon Ruby

So you can't go to Johto....can you go to Kanto?

And how do you regrow berries? (I've tried but it doesn't work...what am I doing wrong?!)

1.no! End of story!! You can't go to orange island, sevii islands or even the moon!!!

2.try planting just one berry on a soil and take a look if it multiplies.

Dude you can go to the moon because my brother did it but you need all the stars on your card thing and you go to the space station and talk to some guy who is staring out of the window and he will say a number or something and he will ask you if want to go to the moon and my brother said that you either see deoxys or jirachi I think thats their names.
