Hi it's me again, the reason I wanted to find the shoal cave is to catch a snorunt but I can't find him anywhere. Please if anyone knows where about in the shoal cave can you tell me.

During low tide, you'll come across a chamber that's entirely filled with ice. Look there.
When the low tide is out, you can go down to the bottom floor and catch Snorunt. The bottom floor is the floor with ice, with only one way in and out.
