Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have two questions:
1.Can anybody tell me what PokeBlock is used to get Pikachu?(At the Safari Zone)
2.How do you get across that white thing that you can only go on with your bike at the Safari Zone? (To get there you go to the Safari Zone and when you come out of the building the dude blocks go straight up and it's up there at the top.)

There is no particular pokeblock you need to catch pikachu. Just be patient and it will eventually show up. A pokeblock will only bring in the Pokemon with the same nature (example: a pink block will bring in a Pokemon with a hasty nature [don't know if this a actually true just a example])
To get across the white things is to use the acro bike and just hop across you have to press the B button and the direction you going. Hope this helps. Anymore questions don't hesitate to ask.

I've been trying that but it doesn't work any more info on how to get across that white thing.

Yeah I know I couldn't do it for a while either. You have to have an Acro Bike by the way, not a Mach Bike - you can go to Rydel's Cycles to the right of the Pokemon Center in Mauville to switch bikes if you have the wrong one. Try holding down the (B) button until the bike does bunny hops, then just press the direction you want to go in. If you don't know how to get out of the Safari Zone and go to Mauville to switch bikes, just press Start and go to Retire.

To get across the fence thing you need a ACRO bike then get on your bike and ride onto the fence and bunny hop (press the B button and a the direction you want to go in AT THE SAME TIME) there you go
