Rayquaza is at the top of the tower east of pacifalog. Don't know how to get deoxys.

1.Rayquaza-Sky Pillar.

2.Use a gameshark or a action replay.

Rayquaza is at Sky Pillar. For Deoxys you need to trade it over from FR/LF or Emerald,but you need to go to a nintendo event are use a cheating device.

If you read the other answers you'll know that you need to go to Sky Pillar for Rayquaza and use GameShark for Deoxys - but to get to Sky Pillar, you need to go North of Pacifidlog and stay as close to the kind of wall of rocks to the north. Follow that "wall" east until you find a gap - it's quite a big gap. Go in the gap and there's a sort of path through the water - just follow that and you should get there. If you need more help, the same question was asked further up the Q&A page and I've drawn a little map for whoever asked it. Hope that helps!!!!

1 :: Rayquaza's Location, found in Sky Pillar; east of Pacifalog Town.

2 :: Deoxy Location, not found; Use a Game Shark or Action Replay is the only way to capture.
