Question for Pokemon Ruby

I can't get past the second floor of the Sky Pillar to get Rayquaza. Can someone explain to me please it's the only pokemon that I'm missing exept for Latias. Sorry about the last one is that I messed up.

Navigate the Mach Bike — and DO NOT SLOW DOWN to turn until you get to the two cracks in the middle of the dead end. That's where everyone slips up.
