Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi I'm hawk89, and I got a few questions.
1. I can't find feebas...how do you attract it?
2. I can't find ralts...how do you attract it?
3. How do you get Azurill?

1.Feebas is on Route 144. Use a old rod and fish around underneath the bridge.
2.Ralts is Route 102. Just be pateint you will run into sooner are later.
3.Breed a female Marill holding Sea Incense

1 :: Feebas is in Route 119, use any rod to catch him... The difference with rod is the level Feebas will be.

2 :: Ralts is found anywhere just about.

3 :: Breeding the parent Pokemon.
