What do you have to do to get that lady in slateport next to the energy guru to give your Pokemon the effort ribbon because I have given my Pokemon maximum pokeblocks, maximum all those things the energy guru sells and trained them all up to level 60 but she says I have to try harder and I can't think of anything else to do.

Well you either need to keep battleing with him for a little time or go to the battle.
Tower because he will get trained there to once, I caught a latios and talked to the Lady with a pikachu in vendanturf and she said it was wary so I leveled it up to Lv 70 or 60 somethin like that anyways and gave it maxiemum pokeblocks so First I talked to the lady with the pikachu again and she says it adores me but whenI talked to the lady in slaport she said try harder so I trained it to around 70 or 80 then I went to the battle tower and trained alot and when I went to the lady in Slaport she said it went for it stupendisly and got the ribbon so the point is train at
The battle tower or level it up because the battle tower dosnt give you any exp points.
Just train it more and hoppely she will give you the ribbon
You don't have to evolve it all the way to level 80 trust me. My swampert got it when he was at level 60. I think all you have to do is raise it to like you and it has to have one of those ribbons from the elite four.
You will have to do some work at Battle Tower, gain a big winning streak and unlock winning items, then return and she should return you a prize.
