Please I need dearboy to answer this question. Daerboy you have a hint on the pokemon ruby page and it says you found a lv. 70 Jirachi on route 116, mt. pyre and the desert. Please tell em if you had all the pokemon or if you had the gold trainers card or something. Please tell me.

He is either lying, used a cheat code system, or he saw Latias/Latios.

Editor's Note: It's unlikely he saw Jirachi, as he is not in the game unless you use a cheat system or have obtained him via a pre-ordered Pokemon Colosseum.
