Question for Pokemon Ruby

I need the best movesets for these Pokemon, one set for Ruby and one for Saphire.
Ruby-Pikachu, Chimeco, Crawdaunt, Skarmory.
Saphire-Kyogre, Medicham, Lunatone.
P.S. The Saphire ones are for Pokemon League(I have others). So tell me there best movesets that are good for the Pokemon League.
P.S.S. For those that don't know, theres a new Pokemon game coming out in late 2006 through early 2007called Pokemon Topaz. It has two new areas, and BRAND SPANKIN NEW POKEMON. It also has Team Rocket again. And new characters. The Pokemon are somewhat copies of older Pokemon, like one is called Firefox, and it looks like a Vulpix. Ruby-pickachu-thunderbolt, quick attack, thunder wave, and slam/some good strong normal attack, chimeco-psychic(bad spelling, hopefully right), take down/double edge, shadowball(if you still have the TM, it's located at Mt. Pyre, be very useful vs two person), safeguard(of just kno both take down and double edge)
Crawdaunt-ice beam(IMPORTANT TO HAVE ICE MOVES VERSUS 4TH PERSON) surf, crabhammer, brick break, Skarmory- air cutter, steel wing, swift, sandstorm(not going to be a big helper out there, but will work) and for Sapphire
Kyogre- just have body slam, ice beam, hydro pump, then whatever else, if this guy is at level 50, this is all you need w/ a few hyper potions and revives and a few Pokemon to put out so you can revive Kyogre, medicham- hard one here, if you have some heart scales learn it fire, thunder, and ice punch, then hi jump kick, it not then high jump kick, pyschic, brick break(<-take this one out if you know recover), strength, then lunatone- hypnosis(might need heart scale here too), psychic, earthquake, ice beam(one again VERY important versus 4th person)

O yeah, the new games are Pokemon diamond and pearl, and they are for the DS, just to let you know, I think thats the puzzle game your thinking of there
