I know you can find Bagon above the waterfall in Meteor Falls but I don't know where above the falls... I've been searching for days...

You find it in the place where you find TM02 (Not In The Water)
You find a Bagon in that tiny room where you find Dragon Claw.
It's me again... so is the room that is MOSTLY filled with water and hardly any land??? If so, how long does it take to find one???
