Question for Pokemon Ruby

I am stuck on Pokemon Ruby. I am Trying to catch Rayquaza but I can't find timer balls will someone please tell me where to find timer balls?

Once you get the HM Rock Smash you can get through the tunnel that runs from Verdanturf Town to Rustboro City. On the Rustboro side of the tunnel the man from Devon Corporation that you saved from team Magma will be there. He will give you a Repeat Ball and then leave. After this event you can buy Timer Balls from the Rustboro City PokeMart. Hope I helped.
