How do I find that item that everybody is talkin about.It is called braille..

Braille is the codes you find on the walls in the caves and undersea caverns. They mean different letters A through Z and , ; .
I can't tell you off hand what they all mean but I do know that one says: First comes Wailord last comes Relicath, which mean you put wailord first in your party and Relicath goes last in your party. It does something in one of the caves. Like I said before, I don't know off hand. Sorry. I'm sure someone can help you out more. I hope I could be of some help.

You have to go to Pacifidlog , surf left ,goto the current and try to stay at the bottom.You will come to a medium sized walkable water island.You go in the middle and use surf.You will come to a dark spot so use dive there.Follow the trail after you use dive and you will come to the front of a huge underwater rock with braile on it.Where the braile is,use use dive again.You should come inside of the rock.Have a Relicanth first and a Wailord last.then read the braile.The screen will shake and it will say something like 3 doors across the land have opened.They are at the desert ruins,up from Dewford, and on the route(not on water)near Lilycove.
