You can find Relicanth in Route 124. You will need Surf and Dive. You have to Surf from Lilycove City going east, then when you see a darker part of the ocean, use Dive, which will lead you to Underwater part of Route 124.

Just keep swimming in the patches of seawee and you will eventually find a Relicanth. For better result, use Dive Balls.

Use dive in the ocean off of Mossdeep City and search. Hope this helps.

Use DIVE and hunt in some seaweed you'll find one

Basically, all these answers are right. You can find Relincanths anywhere in underwater seeweed.

To get underwater, use Dive in a dark patch of water, and you'll find yourself underwater.

To get back up, press B in an underwater patch where light is comind down from above.
