Question for Pokemon Ruby

Well can anybody tell me how am I suposed to get Rayquaza because I went to the place where he is at.

I couldn't go through cause the cracks on the floor well can someone tell me how do I get past it please.

You have to use the mach bike to get through the place.

You need a mach bike to get past them.

Use the Marc Bike and you should be able to get to Rayquaza.
