Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey. I wan't to ask a question. I've got the eon ticket, but when I come to the Slateport Harbor and go to take a drive to that island the b**** says that I have no ticket. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also has anybody gameshark code for deoxys and jirachi????

Use the teleport to Southern Islandcheat because it is way easier to get there instead of getting the ticket through the cheat because they won't let you go through.
