Question for Pokemon Ruby

Can someone tell me what to do to get into the cave or origin and how to get inside the gym in sottoplis city?

Cave of Origin-Beat team Aqua-Magma and get Capt.Stern's submarine back.Then go to Sootipolis.

Go up to the gym but stay in the water!Surf west and go on the land with the stairs.

Go up all of the stairs and find the guy that says"Wow!You have come all the way to sootipolis?Your no ordinary tourist.But I supose your not an extrodanary tourist either(excuse bad spelling).Go east of him.You should find Steven and Wallace.

They will give you permition to enter the cave.You will need flash.Make your way through the cave until you find the pokemon shown on the game's box.DONT USE THE MASTER BALL!USE ULTRA AND TIMER BALLS INSTEAD OR NET AND NEST BALLS!SAVE THE MASTER BALL FOR LATIOS OR LATIAS!

You can only get latios in ruby and latias in sapphire.The other pokemon in Cave of Origin is at level 45.Groudon-Ground type Kyogre-water type Good Luck!!
