How do you get into the Cave of Origin? I think it was YoyoYoshi who said go talk to two people in the north part of Sootopolis City, but I have talked to everyone and I can't get in.

When Groudon if off rampaging and changing the weather sunny you must speak to Steven, who should be in the city. He'll take you there.
Ok first of all you have had to go under water and find groudon or kyorge. Second once you have done that go talk to the gym leader in strpolis city.( I forgot his name) he will take you to the cave of origon and you can catch kyorge, or groundon!
Is steven even in the city?? I feel stupid if he is I can't find him!

You have to talk to steven when it's really hot he is vin front of the gym then go by the cave and he will tell you to go in
Have you went underwater and found a secert underwater place that team aqua has. After that you can access it.
