Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey, despite knowing pretty much everything about Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire, I have only one question.

Which base is the best secret base to have, and where is it? I don't mind if it means having to travel far to get to it, or anything, just tell me which one is the best. Thanks in advance.

The biggest secret base is probably the one that team aqua/magma had in the water by cycling road.

Well my Secret Base is pretty good, it's the first smashable (if that's a word) place behind Mossdeep City, but, you should have some of the items you can buy at Lilycove's "Department Store Clearout Sales" you see on the T.V.Oh,and you HAVE to buy a "Solid Board" (which you buy at the sale on the top floor) in order to cross over the gap so you'd have alot of space to put stuff. That's mostly all you need to know.

It's the 1 East of Fortree in the Grass is a big bush (or what ever it is) Thats my base and the biggest... (I've checked all the other possible bases in the game, believe me... some are pethetic)

I'm really picky when it comes to secret bases. and I finally found a good one, it's on route 119 right before you get into Fortree City, on the right, surrounded by a bunch of bushes.
