Question for Pokemon Ruby

Thank you for answering my question before, and now I need you to tell me if this is a good set because I'm going to start training(I finally beat Pokemon league) and I also need movesets

Sceptile-LeafBlade, Aerial Ace, Dragon Claw, False Swipe
Rayquaza-Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, dragon claw
Blaziken-Flamethrower, Sky Uppercut, Brick Break, Blaze Kick
Swampert-Muddy Water, Surf, Strength(gonna replace), Mudshot
Ninetails- Flamethrower, Toxic, Grudge, Fire Spin
Also should I have Chimeco or Manectric?

Sceptile: I suggets using this moveset:

Leaf Blade
Thunderpunch
Hidden power
Focus punch

Rayquaza: Looks good to me, but i'd recommend dragon dance instead of dragon claw.

Blaziken: Quite good. But this moveset is probably better:

Swords Dance
Sky Uppercut
Flamethrower
Rock Slide

Swampert: Mudshot, loose it, and strength.. Instead, get earthquake and ice beam. Then maybe rpelace either muddy water or surf, with rock slide.

Ninetales: Try using something like swords dance or calm mind, instead of maybe grudge or fire spin.

Manectric, you need an electric type in there.

I have level 100 Swampert and I recomend this moveset. First, Take Down, next Earthquake, then, Muddy Water, and finally, Surf!
