How do you get a lot of rare candies in the game because I need to get my Groudon to level 80 without fighting?

Well, if you expect it to be as strong as people tell you it is, you will have to make it fight. Rare Candies do not take Effort Values into account when they work, so stats will not be increased as much.
You will need to use a cheating device to get more rare candy.
Go round with 6 zigzagoons and wait till they find items with their pickup ability I've only found 1 rare candy so far but I have been finding full restores full heals ultra balls and other good items for selling or keeping
