Hi, I have a few quetions so here I go 1. Where can you find a Relicanth..

1) You find relicanth around sootopolis. (Under water) It is not de-evolved from anything.

2) Fish on route 129 or evolve wailmer.

3) On the moon. He's at lv. 70 to 74 though.

4) They are all in different chambers. But the sealed chamber is left of pacifidlog and down the small spot.

5) Almost anywhere.

6) In the lilycove lottery corner. (The first floor of the lilycove dept. store) (The lady on the right)

1. Relicanth can be found in the seaweed patches on the floor of Route 124 and Route 126. It doesn't evolve from another Pokémon and does not evolve into another.

2. Wailord can be hooked with a Super Rod on Route 129. You can also evolve your Wailmer at level 40.

3. Hook your Game Boy Advance up to the GameCube and pop in the bonus disc that you received if you pre-ordered Pokémon Colosseum. Activate Mystery Events on Ruby or Sapphire and select the Special Gift programme on the disc. (This is what I think; I have yet to try it. If I'm wrong, just give me a call.) This can be done at any time that you've unlocked Mystery Events.

4. Go west from Pacifidlog Town and follow the current until you reach Route 134. Look for a dive spot and go down there and underwater.

5. A Heart Scale can be found on a Luvdisc.

6. Match ID Number at Lilycove Department Store.

1. Relicanth can be found in the seeweed underwater. He can't evolve.

2. You can train a wailmer to level 40 and it will evolve. Or you can fish with a super rod in route 128.

3. I don't even know if you can get Jirachi AFTER you beat the pokemon league. I did hear if you beat tthe poke-League 100 times, and complete your pokedex you will see a girl with a pokemon in route 118. you can battle her lv.80 Jirachi. you have to K.O. it or it will heal to full health. if you beat her she gives you Jirachi! I didn't make this up, my friend showed me!

2.Wailord evolves from Wailmer at level 40 and can be caught at route 129 (by surfing) but the chances are low.
3.You can catch him if you wait 2 years and go to the space center.
4.Left (on route 134 I think).
5. You can get a heart scale from Luvdisc.
6. Win all the numbers in the Lilycove department store lottery and you get a Master ball.

here are the answers two your questions:
(in Order)

1. Under water outside Sootopolis City and it has no evolved/de-evolved form.

2. Route 129 With a super rod or evolve wailmer lv.40.

3. Jirachi is not in the game and if people say ottherwise they are liars.

4. It is in the middle of the fast ocean current (left) it may take a few tries to reach it.

5. You can find a heart scale on most beaches. Otherwise steal 'em form wild luvdisc.

6. A masterball is the major prize in the lotto but you must be EXTREMELY lucky!!!

You find a heartscale under the big brown rocks. Just go up to the rock and push the A or B button.
