Question for Pokemon Ruby

Can you actually get Jirachi and Deoxys on the game without using an action replay? Because I missed out on ordering Colosseum :'(

I am very sure that you cannot get Jirachi on the game without the disc or the cheat modules. For Deoxys, I highly doubt that you can get it on the game without cheat modules, but there is currently a nasty rumour (that I'm trying to disprove) that if one hundred rocket launches make it at Mossdeep, you'll be invited on board. We have no evidence of that, and I am inclined to say that it does not happen. And don't count on Deoxys appearing on Fire Red or Leaf Green; I highly doubt that it is on there, because those games are mere remakes of Red and Blue.

Hold on a second. I looked at the Printer Friendly Version of this page and saw the reaction to my response by pokefan2. The site, first of all, is www.pkmn.co.uk. It turns out that with the use of the Aurora Ticket, you can book passage to one of the secret islands on Fire Red and Leaf Green and encounter Deoxys. (These islands are getting quite a good bit of publicity, eh?) Great, but who will be the one to reveal that you can actually link Fire Red or Leaf Green with Ruby and Sapphire? Now that's a moot point.

pokefan2 answered:

Once again I know that you can actually get to trade from those version. If you took enough time to actually pay attention to what it said about the first island you would know that to trade from fire red and leaf green to ruby and sapphire is to grab the ruby and sapphire plate from mystery island 2 and 6. (The sapphire plate gets taken to mystery island 5 after being ston by a mad scientist)
