Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi, me again where can I get flamethrower, I want it for my blaziken or does it learn it, mine hasnt and it's above 85 and how do you get more tm's e.g like 2 dragon claws, something like that. Thanks again

Flamethrower can be bought at the Game Conrer, but you need coins to buy the tm, and it's tm 35 I believe.
