Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi, I'm new here and I have a few questions:

1. What level is tentacool supposed to evolve?!

2. Where is the lottery at? How do I get a ticket? Do I talk to someone? Where do I go?

3. Do you need pokemon colliseum on gamecube(Is that how you spell it?) to complete your pokedex?

4. What is this ferry ticket? Is it an eon ticket? How do I get it?

5. I've heard that you get an eon ticket from Norman after you've defeated the Elite Four, but I've beaten them three times and he hasn't given me one, just the boat ticket. What's up?

6. After you beat the trick master, will you eventually find him walking around somewhere at a certain time of day at a certain day of the week? Beacause on the scroll in his house, it says he's left on a trip and not to find him, but I want to. (I don't know why either)

Thank you so much in advance. Please answer all of my questions as clear as you can because I won't get it if you explain it so complicated to me. :-)-

1: I forgot,but I do know you can cath Tentacruel(the evolution of tentacool) east of Dewford town while surfing(near the abandoned ship).

2: The lottery is in Lilycove city in the giant store on the first floor right when you enter the giant store.The biggest prize you can get is a master ball.You autmatically start with a ticket in your game.
Your ID number card is actully kinda a ticket.

3: NO! In pokemon leaf green and red fire you can complete your pokedex and then trade all those pokemon you caught to put in ruby and sapphire.But for now,you can only complete your hoenn pokedex even without pokemon colliseum.

4: You need to get an e-reader and scan the card that comes with you game.

5: Yeah, EXACTLY! You need an e-reader, scan the card, go to your father and he gives you the eon ticket.

6: After you beat him you can never see him again.

Tentacool evolves at level 30 to Tentacruel

The Pokemon Lottery is on the first floor of the Lilycove Department Store, talk to the lady on the right side of the front desk, and she will give you a free lotto ticket.

You don't need Pokemon Colosseum to complete your pokedex, but you need a copy of Pokemon Sapphire to catch the Sapphire only pokemon, a game link cable, and a second game boy advance.

The Ferry Ticket is used to board the ferry at Slateport and Lilycove, The Eon Ticket was a promo item.

1.Tentacool evolves at level 30 into Tentacruel. Also you can find him in the Abandoned Ship.

4. After you beat the pokemon league your dad gives you the S.S. Ticket. Now you can go on the S.S. Tidal.
