I have already beat the elite four... Where do I go now?
Are there more cities I can go to?
How do I get into new mossdepp?

If you already have the national pokedex (catch 60 pokemon), go to One Island (via Vermilion Port) and do Celio's Gem Quest.

Yes, there's 1-7(8, 9) islands.

I haven't heard of any New Mossdeep.

Sorry ignore my last post, I thought this was FR and LG.

Well there isn't much. Catch Latios, sweep the Battle Tower, catch all Pokemon, complete all contests.

And maybe your talking about new MAUVILLE.

No theres nothing new besides you can go into Battle Tower, Catch Latios(Blue Bird), plus get Rayquaza in the Sky Pillar.
