I know this sounds dumb but how do you get into the individual chambers..

To get into regirock's chamber (desert ruins) walk staight up to the braille code and then take 2 steps east and two steps south and use strength. To enter registeel's chamber stand in the center of the mountain ruins and use fly. To open regice's chamber, press A on the braille code and wait for two minutes

Okay,here goes nothing.

Relicanth: Relicanth doesn't have a chamber.Don't you mean Regirock. But you will need Relicanth for a certain reason. Relicanth live anywhere underwater and takes a really long time to find.

Needed info: Okay,when you catch Relicanth, catch a Wailord and bring these two pokemon with you (you'll also be needing a pokemon that knows dig and one knowing dive and surf), go to Pacifidlog town.Surf where the raging waters are. Surf near the rocks down there and you should encounter a diving dark spot. Dive and go down til you find a writing. Read the writing and dive up. When you enter this cave go up to the top writings. Read the middle one and dig. A hole would've appeared on the middle writing. Enter the hole and then you should be in another chamber. Go to the top middle writing again with Relicanth first in your party and Wailord last in your party. Read the writing and an earthquake should occur. Now you can get to the rigi chambers.

Regirock: Go to the desert with a pokemon that knows strength. Go down in the desert and enter the cave. In the right corner of the cave. Go to two steps left of that and use strength. The hole opened. Enter it and fight Regirock.

Registeel: Go to Lilycove city with a pokemon that knows fly and go left of Lilycove city. Go to where the berries grow near the lake. Go up the stairs, and go north past the tall grass and you should find a chamber. Enter it and use fly exactly in the middle of the cave. The hole opened. Enter it to fight Registeel.

Regice: Go to Dewford town with a pokemon that knows surf. Surf North of Dewford town to where there tree islands. You should be able to squeeze thrrough those trees somewhere. After that,surf north and you will find Regice's chamber. Enter the chamber and go to the middle writing, read it (if you can), then press A and just wait,don't move, just stay there for about five minutes and the chamber should open by itself. Go in to fight Regice

1. Relicanth can be acquired underwater on Routes 124 and 126. You will also need a Wailord, which can be hooked on Route 129 or produced by evolving Wailmer at level 40.

2. Go to Pacifidlog Town and manipulate the current. You will come to a dive spot surrounded by six rocks. Go underwater and continue to a white mound.

Resurface in front of the inscription and you'll end up in the Sealed Chamber. Go to the back of the first chamber and have a Pokémon use Dig in front of the inscription. Carry on to the adjacent chamber and arrange your party so that Relicanth is the leader and Wailord is in last.

3. Go see the three titans.

a. Regirock (was that what you meant by Relicanth?) is in the Desert Ruins out in the Desert off Route 111. Go in, read the inscription, walk two paces right and another two down from there and then use Strength.

b. Regice is just off Route 105. Go to the sandbar with the vegetation and enter the monolith. Go read the inscription and sit there and do nothing for two minutes. The wall should open.

c. Registeel is just off Route 120. Go to Lilycove and carry on west of the Safari Zone entrance. Go to the pond and go up the steps until you see a Ruin Maniac.

You'll see a monolith. Go in to the centre of the chamber and use Fly.
