Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to get to Southern Island, I read that you can get Latias there in Ruby and Latios there in Sapphire.

You need an eon ticket sadly you can not obtain thiat item anymore

You are thinking of Emerald, Latios appears randomly and Latias is Sapphire only.

You need the "Eon Ticket".

You need the Eon Ticket,and you need to use a gameshark or a action replay to get the Eon Ticket.

You just need to get an EON ticket by using a cheat device.
