Question for Pokemon Ruby

Can someone please tell me where to get dragon scale to get Kingdra because I really need it.

I also want it because Kingdra is the last pokemon I need can someone please submit an answer.

There are only 2 pokemons that VERY RARELY carry DRAGON SCALE, horsea and bagon. You just have to try to catch a lot of these 2 pokemons and hope that one of them is carrying a dragon scale. You can catch Bagons in Meteor Falls (you need HM 07 waterfall to reach the secret areas of Meteor Falls to find TM 02 and TM 23, and to find Bagons), and horsea by fishing using super rod in routes 132-134.

You get the Dragon scale by finding a Bagon and use theif or catch it, and it might be holding a Dragon scale.

If you want to know where to get dragon scale fish in the currents with a super rod, catch a horsea and there you go.
