Ok, so I put in the code for ditto shiny maker and he came out shiny but when he breeds his Pokemon don't come out shiny. I checked the code four times and nothing is wrong with it, I'm think that theres a certain way to breed him or something. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

when breeding a shiny Pokemon with a regular one there is a very low chance of the product being shiny

Just because the original is shiny, the baby Pokemon will still remain the same, as the chances of a shiny Pokemon are extremely rare and the chances will stay the same.

Shiny status doen't pass down to the next Pokemon. Also, don't use the cheats that aren't certified by the makers of Action Replay. They sometimes work, but often they are only trying to waste your time.

Your doing nothing wrong, it's just that because one Pokemon is shiny doesn't mean the others will be.

To get a shiny Pokemon from breeding a shiny ditto, would take dozens of tries. Though it does work. It takes a long time.
