I haven't reached the elite 4 yet, in fact I'm still leveling up for a double battle with Liza and Tate (Mossdeep city gym) but I did think of a party that can beat the elite 4. And they are:
1. Glalie (None yet. When is shoal cave accessible?)
2. Gardevoir (I have)
3. Aggron (Mine's only a lairon)
4. Armaldo (I have)
5. Blaziken (I have)
6. Wailord (Mine's still a Wailmer)
Rate it. Comments are welcome. By the way, what moves should I teach it?

Some good choices, but Armaldo and Aggron are basically the same kind of Pok'emon. Get a powerful electric or grass type, such as Raichu or Breloom.
Glalie: Blackglasses or Nevermeltice
Crunch, Ice Beam, Hail, Toxic
Gardevoir: Chesto Berry
Rest, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Hypnosis
Aggron: Leftovers
Earthquake, Rock Slide, Aerial Ace, Thunderbolt
Armaldo: Leftovers
Surf, Earthquake, Rock Slide, any move
Blaziken: Quick Claw or Charcoal
Sky Uppercut, Flamethrower, Thunderpunch, any move
Wailord: Leftovers
Surf, Ice Beam, Rest, any move
You can try those movesets if you want to, as they work for me very well.
Well it would have helped for a bit more information but besides that it's a good 7/10.
