Question for Pokemon Ruby

Thanks, people who have rated my Battle Tower Team. I actually find it very good myself. All but Shiftry. He can't beat say a Tropius (Kecleon does the dirty work) or a Dusclops. I am going to replace it with Banette.
Rate BOTH Pokemon please:

Shiftry
Solarbeam 120 plus 50%
Thief 40 plus 50%
Synthesis Recovers 50% health or more with sunlight

Banette
Shadow Ball 80 plus 50%
Faint Attack 60
Spite
Torment

Shifrty is ok
Bannette is fine also

If you do not change you should take advantage of shifirty's speed
If you do change which you will since banette has a slight advantage over shiftry

If it is a normal Pokemon use torment and the moves wont hurt banette since normal does not effect ghost type pokemon

Shiftry is pretty good, but weres it's fourth move? Try teaching it also Fake Out. Or maybe Swagger. Rating 7/10

Banette good choice there should be no changes to this pokemon. Rating 9/10
