Ok just to make sure you have to have your Relicanth in the first slot like when ur going to battle someone, then put a Wailord at least level 40 in the very last slot then in the first room you go up straight to the back where the Braille is then in the center then use Dig then in the next room you just go up to the braille and click on it.

Hope That Clears Up A Lot For Ya then follow the instructions in the cheat page of this website and if the first one doesn't work do the last one and work your way up to the first at least that's what I did and I already got one and was so close to getting the second one, he's hard.

You need to have Relicanth in first place and Wailord in the last.

When you go in use dig. Then go up to that message and press a on that message. Then the Regi's wiil be released.

There's no shake, no "it sounded like doors opening far away" or whatever it says. Then it sounds like to me that you've already opened the caves. OR you aren't in the right spot, and not reading the right inscription. Are you in the room that look like this:

1 is where you need to be, at the uppermost rock. Read it with Relicanth first in your party and Wailord last in your party. It should work. Unless it's already been done.

Make sure you've used dig in the first chamber and then go through and try again.
