How do I get the devon scope?i already talked to him at route 120 and didn't get it!

So when you get there theres something blocking your way. Click on that. He will say something about using the devon scope and he will ask you if your ready to battle. Say yes and battle the kecleon. Once you're done he will give you the devon scope.

You should have got it from Steven on route 120, after beating or capturing the Kekleon.

Well you must have messed up the game some how cause once you talk to Steven he gives you the devon scope.

You need to talk to Steven on the road after you leave the city where the 6 th gym leader lives.

u talk to steven at the brige on route 120

step one go to a pc and store all the key items you dont need like the good rod and old
rod

step two store your devon scope and save the game

step three switch off the gameboy and turn it on again go into you action replay and shut
off all the key item codes then push start now go into your pc and withdraw your devon
scope if you go into your bag youll notice that the devon scopes position has changed from
the ball pocket to the key items pocket which will now allow the game to recognize it as a
devon scope and not a poke ball thus allowing you to get your feather badge
