I think the best blocks are light blue and indigo blocks to obtain thses use berrys that are dry

The Wiki berry is quite good for raising beauty.

Most of the time it is blue that raise beauty.
Chesto berrys, oran berrys, wiki berrys, bluck berrys.
Cornn berrys work great. So do pamtre berrys.
The old man in verdanturf town always uses a chesto berry when blending.
So I think you should go to him to blend berrys for beauty.
