Where do I find the generator in Mauville?

Okay, I'm not great when it comes to directions,espescially not in my current mood, so bear with me. To get to the generator you have to go to New Mauville. Go south in Mauville to Cycling Road, don't go on it. Go instead to the gap, between the trees (next to the guy who I think is doing something he shouldn't be doing into the water), directly below the building. Surf to the little island with the tree (read the sign if you want TEAM BLABLABLA RULZ!), then from the tree Surf directly right until you, literally, run into the cave. >:^l

First of all it's in New Mauville. Surf below Mauville and look for a cave. Go in and use the key. Do not push the second button. Just keep going until you come to a turn. Turn there and keep going on and turn where ever you can. If you find a pokeball and another one, one will be a voltorb. Next one you come to like that, the opposite one will be the voltorb. Keep going on and find the thunder stone. Right on top of it will be the generator.

Here's a hint. Step on the circles(switches. These open the doors. Your confusing me so here's another hint for extra. Did you mean New Mauville or Mauville? To get to New Mauville you go down from Mauville down to the guy fishen. Surf and you will find a island with a cave that actully has new mauville in the cave. Surf around and you will find new mauville.In New Mauville you should find the generater. NOT IN MAUVILLE!

You want to go to New Mauville. The entrance to this generaor is just off Route 110, in a monolith reachable by using Surf. Go in if you got the Basement Key from Wattson. The chamber is filled with switch doors that can be opened by stepping on a button of the corresponding colour. The colour of barrier corresponding to the button will open, but htose of the other colour will close. Wend your way through until you come to the large dome of a machine. Tread on the button in front of it to turn it off.
