Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where do I find the fairry that I can board with the eon ticket and what Are the Jirachi and deoxy Action replay codes and when I turn them on what is supesed to happen Do I get them in my PC or my party plz help thank you.

The ferry leaves from Slateport or Lilycove-you must have the ticket your dad will give you after you beat E4 for them to work, though, I think. I'm assuming you got the Eon ticket from AR, so it may work without having the S.S. Ticket. But if you got it from trading records with a friend, you'll probably need the ticket.
I believe in Ruby the Pokemon will appear in Box 1, spot 1, if it doesn't have another on in that spot-definitely NOT in your party. In FR/LG there are encounter codes where every poke you encounter in the grass will be the one you select, but R/S it appears in the box.
