To get the eon ticket you need an E-Reader and the real Eon ticket which Nintendo Power gave away in there magesine a couple months ago. Sorry but I do not know how to get Jirachi.

i do beleive that when you complete your pokedex and show it to professor, then go to cove lily hotel and show it to the game designer, he gives you EON ticket.

It only works once, so be careful, and this is how you get jirachi, deoxys, and the opposite latie of your game.

To get Jirachi you need Colosseum bounus disk and gba-gc cable.
