I have 2 questions

1 which secret base is the best one to use.
And
2 is there a gameshark code for making wild Pokemon shiny

There is no best secret base

2. Yes there is but I am not telling you it look in the gameshark code sectio9n for it

1.I would have to say the biggest cave you can find that has a base.

2.Yes there is a gameshark code to get shiny pokemon.

Well it depends on what secert base you want and on the location and yes there is a acion replay code for making them shiny.
