Hi does anybody know if Groudon evolves and were I can find rare Pokemon?

Your new at this arent you?Groudon is considered legendary.

So are Kyogre,Latios,Latias,the 3 Titans of ice rock and steel(Regis),and Rayquaza.

None of them evolve.Legendary pokemon have no evolved or pre-evolved forms.

p.s.Mew doesnt evolve intoMwetwo,or vice versa.Mewtwo is Mews CLONE,not its evolved stage.Rare pokemon?

Rayquaza-The top of Sky Pillar(the place that appears by Pacifilog when you beat the pokemon league).

Chimecho(the thing that looks like a doornob)-West and East of the 2orbs at Mt.Pyre.(sweet scent would be a good idea)
Vulpix-The outside grass part of Mt.Pyre
Registeel-Hold on,let me get my ruby version...Milotic....Purple Sharpedo...Gardevior....There it is!Registeel-Ancient Tomb
Regirock-Desert Ruins
regice-island Cave
Relicanth-The underwater seaweed at Sootopolis
surskit-Route 117
Bagon-Go to Meteor falls.Go up the big waterfall and go into the cave at the top.See the stairway hole?

Climb down that.Go 2 walking steps west,3 steps south,12 steps west,13 steps north,go through the stairs,walku the4 steps and(try to avoid the trainers)stay as clost to your left as possible when you jump the puddles.

Use the ladder.

Surf up the water.and walkthrough the door at the the top.

Surf to the top and after a few golbats,you should find some Bagon,and somewhere there is tm dragon claw.

Groudon does not evolve.

Rare pokemon are all over the place and if I listed them all, alot of my valuable time would be taken up so sorry.

Groudon can't evolve but when he is level70-72(I forget wich on) he will learn a 1 hit K.O move. Some rare are said to be lendenary here's a list:

Latios- found randomly on the map (if you can't find it on the first try it's ok I've only seen it 2 times)

Latias- found at southern island (I've heard)

Kyogre- (sapphire only can be cloned and traded to ruby) youit at the sseafloor cavren and then catch it at Sootilpolis city, cave of orgin

Rayquaza- found at the top of the sky pillar (on route 131)

If didn't groundon, you can find first at the seafloor cavren and then catch him at the Cave of Orgin(Sootipoolis city)
