On a gameshark for gameboy advance SP,What the heck dos it mean: Error No Master code? Please tell me it says that for all my cheats for Pokemon ruby.

It means you don't have a master code you should find the code in the gameshark section for this game
Generally, that would mean you have to enter a master code for any toher cheats to be accepted.
You need the Master Code to activate any other code. Just type it in and your problems will be solved.
